you need to do one thing. REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF CALORIES YOU TAKE IN. There is no other way. I know what you are thinking. I tried other diets which reduce calorie intake but they did not work for the long term. Meaning once you quit and went back to your same habits the weight came back and MORE. I know what you mean.
